Persatuan Perlindungan Haiwan Kota Kinabalu Sabah (“the Organization”) raises funds through its official website www.furkidsanimalshelter.org to support the rescue, medical treatment, daily care, rehabilitation, and rehoming of abandoned, abused, and stray cats and dogs.

This Donation Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all individuals or entities who make online donations to the Organization.

We are deeply grateful for your kindness and support toward animal welfare. Donations made to the Organization are voluntary contributions and are generally non-refundable, as funds are often utilized immediately for urgent rescue operations, veterinary care, food supplies, shelter maintenance, and related expenses.

Donors are kindly requested to review their personal details and donation amount carefully before completing the transaction, as administrative corrections require additional time and resources.

Refund requests may be considered only under exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Incorrect donation amount entered
• Duplicate or repeated transactions
• Unauthorized or unintended payment
• Immediate change of decision after donation

All refund requests must be submitted within seven (7) days from the date the donation was made.

• Reason for refund request
